How to Care For Yourself After a Reading, Wellness Session, Teaching, Workshop or Ceremony

Energy work can be a very taxing experience and requires loving self-care afterwards.  For some people, the experience can leave one feeling energized and elated.  For others, the experience may leave you feeling tired and ready for a long nap.  
​
The integration process can last for several days.  Understanding what is happening and knowing how to care for yourself: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually is very important.
 
Remember, healing is a journey and not a destination.  Give yourself the time that you required to process what is before you.   You will find it is so worth the time you invest in honoring your process.

Ways of Honoring Yourself:

Rest, Rest, Rest!!!  
Naps are nature’s way of helping you to integrate the healing process. 

Drink lots of Water. 
Water is life!  It helps remove toxic waste from your body, replacing it with life healing energy!


Journal
Journaling is a gift!   It’s helps release & birth what is needed!  By bringing forward what is unknown to a conscious level of awareness.  


Yoga
Gentle movement helps you to feel your body!  Creating presence and awareness.


Walking
Gets the energy moving in a gentle way.  Releasing
endorphins.

Dance
Dancing expresses the hearts love and bring joy to very muscle in your body.

Deep Breathing 
Brings needed oxygen to every cell in your body.


Self-massages 
It's self-smoothing and helps you to get in touch with your body & healing any discomforts. 


Body Work
Access the type of holistic body work that calls/ feel right for you.

leansing & releasing negative energies you are ready to give away.

Pray 
Expressing what is in your heart.
