As we settle into the fires of transformation & change, we are each confronted by negative energy forces, which accumulate in our etheric field, physical & emotional body.   If left unchecked and not removed, these negative energies can weigh us down and keep us from fulfilling our full potential.  

Here’s How it Works:

Limpias - Energy Clearings & Cleansings,  are an indigenous method of clearing and cleansing the body, mind & spirit of negative energies in order to restore the body to its natural state of wholeness & wellness. 

1. A Limpias session begins with a Heart -2- Heart conversation, creating a safe opportunity to express what lies within their heart. 
2. During the conversation, personal challenges and experiences are identified.  The participant then is able to identify what is getting in their way and choses which issue to work on. 
3. The ceremony is explained and begins with prayers 
4. The body is swept with an egg, flowers & smoke from copal which removes the cumulated negative energy from the body, mind & spirit. 
5. A blessing is given & with instructions to help support wellness & balance.
